Call Tracking Data (What/Why/How)

What: Call tracking logs are essentially another way to describe "touchpoints" - which is every time a potential buyer comes in contact with one of your marketing efforts. Your call logs can help us to match your various marketing efforts to your buyer.

Why: Our mission is to map out your customer's entire purchase journey so that we can tell which of your marketing tactics are actually leading to sales. To do so, we need insight into every touchpoint along the way (not just the first or last touch). The more complete leads we collect - the more likely we are to find your buyer behavior and match it to a sale!

Call Tracking Logs - Requirements

Please pull a CALL LOG, ensuring that the required fields are present in your file. 

Please filter for only Inbound Voice calls. Do not include Outbound calls.

List one call per row.

Acceptable formats are .XLSX (Excel) or .CSV (Comma separated values)

Please name your exported file with the dealership name, month(s) and year(s).
Example: ABC Automotive - Jan-Feb 2022 - Call Tracking.csv

Once you have built the report, please export the data and securely upload the file at https://upload.clarivoy.com/mtsa
