Why do I have a source showing in two channels?

A particular vendor may be delivering leads to you by way of multiple channels. For instance, the source may be the name of your agency, but their campaigns may be running in both Paid Search and Paid Social. In this case, it is appropriate so that we can track those efforts separately.

Occasionally,  a source gets split due to the way that we received the data. If we get a click and a crm lead from a source, then the UTM code on the click might determine it to be in channel A, but the CRM is allocated to channel B due to the metadata in the lead. If at any time you feel there is an error in the placement of a source, please contact us using the “Contact Support” feature at the bottom of this page.
