- Log in to DealerPeak CRM
- In the top menu, click on Customers
- In the dropdown menu, click on Advanced Search
- Under "Basic Filters" change "Who" to “All Customers/Entire Database”
- Change "Dates" to the desired date range
- Click Search Now
- In the upper right hand corner, click “Work With Group”
- Click "Export to CSV" and then "Next Step" and wait for file to load
- Save the file somewhere you will remember.
Name the file with your dealership name, the words “DealerPeak CRM” and the month the data is for.
Example: ABC Autos – DealerPeak CRM – Jan 2025.csv
- If you have additional dealerships that require different DealerPeak logins, logout and repeat steps 1-9 for each store.
- Upload all files securely at https://upload.clarivoy.com/sourcereports, checking the box for “CRM Leads”.
