OpLogic: Sales Data For Source Reports

Allow Clarivoy to export your sales data for you

Existing Login for Clarivoy
If you already have an existing OpLogic login for Clarivoy, please add any new stores to the existing login.

New to Clarivoy
Please create an OpLogic login for Clarivoy so that our team can pull and load this data for you each month.

  1. Use this format for the email address:
         datateam+clientname@clarivoy.com
         Replace clientname with your dealership name (no spaces).  Make sure you include the + sign.  
         Example: If you dealership name is ABC Autos, the email address would be datateam+abcautos@clarivoy.com.
  2. If you have multiple rooftops, please enable access to all rooftops under the same login.
  3. Enable access to the General Report.
  4. Enable permissions to view all leads for all Users/Salespeople at the dealership.
  5. Enable access to Export data via the Mail Merge function. This permission is required so that we can export your data for use in your sales attribution.
  6. Please provide your CSL or Onboarding Specialist with the username and password.

Exporting Sales on your own

Access Required

In order to export Leads data from OpLogic CRM, an administrator must add the following permissions to your user profile.

  1. Enable access to the General Report.
  2. Enable permissions to view all leads for all Users/Salespeople at the dealership.
  3. Enable access to Export data via the Mail Merge function.

Exporting the Data

Login to the CRM at https://crm.oplogic.com/login

1.     On the left side, click Showroom Traffic.

2.     Under the Reports section, select General Report

3.     Set Basic Filters & Display Options

Company = select the rooftop desired (if you have multiple stores)
Range = set dates desired

4.     Set Advanced Filter

For Sold/ Not Sold, change to “Sold”
For Walk-In/Phone/Sales Internet/Service Internet/Misc/Service/Parts , change to “All”
For Actives/Inactives, change to “All”

5.     Click Submit

6.     On the results page, in the top right corner, click the Right arrow icon 


[Mail Merge Version] located to the right of to the Printer icon. 
If you do not see the Mail Merge Version icon, you must have an administrator update your user profile to enable permissions to Export data via the Mail Merge function.

7.     You will get a confirmation message and a CSV file will be emailed to the email address on your user profile.

8.     Save the file somewhere you will remember.  Name it with your dealership name, the words “Sales” and the month(s) the data is for. 
Example:  ABC Autos – Sales – Jan 2025.csv

9.     If you have multiple rooftops, repeat all steps above for each additional rooftop/store.

10.  Upload all files securely at https://upload.clarivoy.com/sourcereports, checking the box for “Sales”.
