- Add the vendor to the Vendor Details & Contact Information board & set integration type
- add to Lead Data Supplier managed dropdown column choices on Vendor Details board
- Add the vendor to the Lead Data Suppliers table in Postgres
- review file mappings
- (if vendor is important enough) Add the vendor to the RL Data Type Project Field choices (i.e. CRM project field choices)
- (if vendor is important enough) Add the vendor to the Monday Clarivoy Properties board data type column dropdown choices
- Create a vendor-specific Rocketlane task in Phase 2 - Pro/Pro+ Data Tasks template (if specific login permissions or instructions are required; otherwise use the generic Download task)
- Set dynamic conditions for the new RL task
- Document the data Download instructions
- Create HJ articles for the Download instructions:
- PRO
- Source Reports

- Update the data type specific articles to link to the new vendor articles:
- PRO (e.g. CRM Leads Data (What/Why/How))
- Source Reports (e.g. CRM Leads Data For Source Reports)
