This page provides a graph of the channels that influenced the dealer’s sales, and how they changed over time. Each line in the graph represents a channel. The numbers along that line represent how many vehicles were sold each month that were influenced by that channel. This is the same data that appears on the Sales Overview page, but this is a longitudinal view that allows you to see trends by month.
On this page you can use the green Filter tab on the left side to turn the Third Party Auto vendor web traffic on and off (the default is on), either globally or individually by vendor.
If you wish to change the date range on this page, you will first need to unclick the "See up to 13 months" check box in the upper right of the report.
Navigation:
- There are three KPI selections to choose from (next to the date picker) which allow you to see Sales Influenced, Cost Per Sale or Ad Spend. Cost Per Sale and Ad Spend will only be available if your ad spends have been entered in the ROI Audit page.
- Channels can be toggled on and off by clicking on the name of that channel in the graph legend.
- The Select All/Deselect All buttons, located above the Channel buttons, can be used to remove/add all Channels at once.
- To see the sources within any Channel, click on “See detail view” below that Channel’s button. This will change the graph to show Sources over time. To return to the Channel Overview, click “Channel Overview” in the upper left of the graph.
- The table at the bottom of the page displays this same data in table form, making it easy to export if desired.
