ROI Audit

This page shows the full attributed sales for each vendor and the cost-effectiveness and profitability of each.

Green and Red arrows illustrate the difference in the current results, compared to the previous period. This is for comaprison only, and may not indicate either good or bad performance overall.

Sales Influenced (in the first column) on this page refers to sales based not only on leads but also on anonymous clicks on your site that we matched to buyers.

The next column on this page is the Ad Spend, which will drive the financial KPIs on this page such as cost per sale. See “How Do I Enter My Ad Spends” for instructions. Once Ad Spend is populated, you’ll be able to see cost per sale, ROI, and ROAS for each vendor.

Total Gross on the ROI Audit page is calculated as Front Gross+Back Gross=Total Gross.  If your DMS uses a custom formula to calculate Total Gross (such as factoring in Commission amounts), that will not be reflected here.  To see which gross fields we take in from your DMS, find your DMS in the chart on How We Count Sales and reference the “Gross Fields” column.

Front Gross and Back Gross are taken from your DMS sales file or directly from your DMS vendor integration.  To see which gross fields we take in from your DMS, find your DMS in the chart on How We Count Sales and reference the “Gross Fields” column.

There is a flyout filter on the left (in a green tab) that when pulled out gives you another option for additional analysis:

Third Party Auto” will show the Third Party Auto partners who have put our tracking code on their site and enable us to attribute sales to anonymous traffic on their sites. The default for the dashboard is to have these views turned on, but you can click on each one to toggle them off and show the attribution to these pageviews. Clicking on “include” will include all of the partners at once, and “exclude” will turn them all off again. The setting applies to all other related pages and defaults back to “include” only if you change the attribution model.
