When a dealer is creating a login, they should use this format for the email address:   datateam+clientname@clarivoy.com
     Replace clientname with your dealership name (no spaces).  Make sure you include the + sign.  
     Example: If your dealership name is ABC Autos, the email address would be datateam+abcautos@clarivoy.com.

NOTE: Most vendor logins require specific permissions.  Be sure to direct the dealer to the instructions found in the specific vendor instructions article.  To view the vendor instructions, start by choosing the data category:

• CRM Leads Data (What/Why/How) 
• Call Tracking Data (What/Why/How) 
• DMS Sales Data (What/Why/How) 

As of May 2026, we do not have any specific “login” instructions for these data categories:

• Chat Log Data (What/Why/How) - We have an API with Conversations/Dealer Inspire.  For all other chat vendors, we obtain the data if it is fed into their CRM.
• Email Marketing Lists (What/Why/How) - We have an integration with Outsell, but have been unable to establish data integrations with any of other the top vendors like Automotive Mastermind, FullPath, and MailChimp.
